BREEDING FOR MEAT CONSUMPTION

Our Navarran venison is increasingly in demand on various markets, due to its special qualities: it is a red meat with low fat and cholesterol levels. 95% of the deboned animal is lean meat.

Unlike game meat, it requires no previous preparation (marinating) or additives. Navarran Deer is slaughtered in slaughter houses under strict quality controls. In 2007, we started marketing high-quality venison with the seal “Navarran Deer”.
