Our Navarran venison is increasingly in demand on various markets, due to its special qualities: it is a red meat with low fat and cholesterol levels. 95% of the deboned animal is lean meat. ![]() Unlike game meat, it requires no previous preparation (marinating) or additives. Navarran Deer is slaughtered in slaughter houses under strict quality controls. In 2007, we started marketing high-quality venison with the seal “Navarran Deer”. |
